About our Client - Our client is a Leading Investment Bank with full suite of financial product offering to their clients across the globe. India has been growing as the centre of excellence for key IB functions and in order to accentuate the growth within the business, the client is looking at seasoned finance professional to lead their Intercompany Reconciliation function in Gurgaon.

Job Description - Reporting directly to the Head of Financial Reporting and managing a team of 20, you would be responsible for:

- Managing the Intercompany Reporting team

- Setting up efficient processes for balance sheet production and substantiation

- Working closely with Statutory Reporting team

- Driving efficiency in the team and identifying areas of improvement

- Interacting with internal & external auditors

The Successful Candidate - You should be a Qualified Accountant/MBA/MCOM with at least 6 + years of post qualification experience. Knowledge in Finance and Accounting, Billing, Invoicing and MI Reporting is a must. You should also have handled at least teams of 10 people across your work experience. Prior experience within financial services would be beneficial.
