Responsibilities: Business development manager

- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitive landscape.

- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

- Build and maintain relationships with key influencers, including architects, structural consultants, and Project Management Consultants (PMCs).

- Create and deliver compelling presentations to target audiences.

- Schedule and conduct client meetings, including in-house presentations.

- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and stay informed about industry trends.

- Develop marketing and branding strategies to promote the company and its products, utilizing advertising, social media, and events.

- Develop strategic partnerships with potential companies and organizations.

- Prepare reports on business development activities, track progress, and analyze data for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Any Graduate.

- Maters degree

- Experience in project sales within the Engineering & Construction industry.

- Strong network of architects, structural consultants, and PMCs.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Proven ability to develop and implement business development strategies.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong networking skills.
