About our Client - Our Client is a Global Investment Bank witnessing enormous growth in their Asia Pacific businesses. They are expanding their operations in Gurgaon and looking for a Senior Manager to come and join their Inter company Reporting team.

Job Description - Reporting to the AVP and handling a team of minimum 15 qualified professionals, your key responsibilities would be:

- Participate in preparation of monthly analysis packs for the P&L and Balance Sheet

- Reduce the response time for query handling

- Participate in LEAN objectives

- Client Management and resolution of customer queries

- Direct interface with all business units

- Client Management and resolution of customer queries

- Ensure all audit and compliance requirements

The Successful Candidate - You will be a Qualified C.A/MBA (Finance) with at least 5-7 years of post qualification experience in finance and accounting. You must have excellent knowledge of Inter company Reconciliation and should have handled a team of at least 25 people across your work experience. You should have good interpersonal skills and ability to influence a sizable team.
