Our ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of building and leading high performing sales teams to accomplish ambitious objectives. The Head of Sales should possess a - start-up- mentality and hold values consistent with our patient and science-focused culture. They will be motivated by the opportunity to bring a rare disease commercialization mindset and to build the Sales infrastructure which will lay the foundation for the success of Intello Labs.

Job Responsibilities:

- Own the revenue responsibility of P&L for Demand Generation and Inside Sales

- Work closely with the Inside sales team as well as identifying the right strategy and services to be covered in the business development (lead generation) activity

- Work closely with the Inside sales team to align on monthly, quarterly milestones and revenue targets

- Lead the connection between category managers and Business development Head for higher and well-distributed category sales

- Use communication and collaboration tools to provide a high level of visibility and transparency around KPIs and results to executives and other teams

- Provide line management for all direct reports, complete annual reviews, and conduct performance management for the Growth team. Proactively present succinct, fact and logic-based recommendations to the Executive Team

- Setup Inside Sales team to move leads through the funnel to closure

What We Want To See:

- Start-up experience at a stage B company or later, but you also have worked in companies that have already scaled

Or

- Experience in business like packaging, logistics, Foodservice or retail with deep connects in across fresh produce supply chain

- Sales responsibility of $50M minimum

- Experience selling technology products (SaaS/Automation/Software)

- As the Head of Sales, you have a track record of leading from the front and the ability to hustle to get results

- Proven, a consistent track record of your teams achieving and exceeding plan

- Proven track record of not just building teams, but building a positive, high performing culture

- A Sales leader who has the skills, passion, and drive to succeed immediately and the runway to grow your career with us

- You are a leader first and foremost

- Bachelor's required, Master's degree preferred

- Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations and virtual teams.
