Job Summary :

- We are Hiring for a Technical Support Operations Head who has expert knowledge on the general/technical aspects of the Company and its Industry.

- Has experience with working on assignments that are highly complex in nature where a strong degree of independent judgment, initiative and technical knowledge are required to resolve problems.

Responsibilities and Duties :

- Managing a team of support operations executives

- Provides troubleshooting and problem-solving support of complex problems.

- Leads and coordinates daily work activities; responsible for overall shift output and manages timelines.

- Serves as a process expert within the supply chain; capable of pulling the data, identifying trends, and communicating the meaning behind the data to exempt-level employees, typically in a consultative manner.

- Monitors the execution of tasks performed by lower-level contributors.

Knowledge and Skills :

- Advanced written and verbal skills.

- Mastery in English and local language.

- Advanced technical knowledge specific to business function.

- Excellent multi-tasking ability.

- Knowledge of Zoho CRM(Prefered)

- Strong project management skills.

Required Experience and Qualifications : BTECH with Minimum 3 year of relevent Tehnical support experience with Edutech/Elearning/Software Courses
