Job Description -

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Should be able to handle a team of min. 30+ members and coordinate with individual teams to have tasks completed.

2. Should have leadership qualities in starting a new process and make the team up and running on the new process.

3. Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of the business to ensure smooth progress

4. Should be aggressive in fixing customer issues and brings high customer satisfaction

5. Create process to bring efficiency in the system and identifies the problem quickly to resolve.

6. Liaise with superior to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals

7. Supervise staff from different departments and provide constructive feedback

8. Liaise with trainers to coordinate for effective training delivering, trainer payments, course scheduling and customer feedback and improvement in customer satisfaction.

9. Coordinate with e-learning delivery team and work on their plan and execution within timelines.

Education & Other details -

1. Should be MBA from top institute with B.E / MCA / BCA as graduation

2. Should have worked in operations for min. 7 yrs and handled a team of min. 30 people

3. Should be go getter and work independently. Take initiatives for high quality customer satisfaction and improve post sales services
