Intelligence Node is a hyper growth tech start-up funded by NEA and Orios Venture Partners operating within the Big Data analytics space with operations in Mumbai, London and New York whilst serving the global retail community with its proprietary pricing optimization and merchandising SaaS tools.
Founded by a dynamic team of retailers, product managers, data scientists, price discovery engineers, entrepreneurs and bankers Intelligence Node started operations in September 2012. We currently serve over 100 unique customers delivering insights across billions of data points by mapping 1Billion unique products, across 130K+ brands, over 1100+ categories every single day and process more than 1 petabyte of data per month.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sourcing and Recruiting:
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various roles within the organization.
- Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to identify potential candidates.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
2. Candidate Screening and Interviewing:
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers, guiding best practices and interview techniques.
3. Collaboration and Relationship Management:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards.
4. Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and clear communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and reference checks.
- Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
5. Employer Branding:
- Participate in employer branding initiatives, such as career fairs, industry conferences, and social media campaigns.
6. Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and recruitment processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within [industry].
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employer branding.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong decision-making skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with social media recruiting and digital marketing.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
