Intelligence Node is seeking to hire an experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2-7 years of experience to join our finance team. The CA will be responsible for managing financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, and auditing processes, with a specific focus on handling US finance and accounts. The ideal candidate with strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of accounting principles, and a commitment to maintaining accuracy and transparency in financial reporting.
Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic business decision-making.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
Compliance and Auditing:
- Ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and US accounting and tax regulations.
- Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, liaising with auditors and regulatory authorities.
- Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Develop and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor actual performance against budget and provide variance analysis.
- Support strategic planning by providing financial insights and projections.
Internal Controls:
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks.
- Conduct regular reviews and updates of financial policies and procedures.
Financial Operations:
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Manage cash flow and liquidity to ensure financial stability.
- Supervise payroll processing and ensure compliance with payroll regulations.
- Handle US finance and accounts, including US GAAP compliance and financial reporting.
Advisory and Support:
- Provide financial advice and guidance to senior management.
- Support business units with financial planning and analysis.
- Assist in the evaluation of investment opportunities and financial feasibility studies.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
- Advanced MS Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), and US GAAP.
