Responsibilities :
- Lead and participate in full lifecycle PBCS and EPBCS implementations, from requirements gathering and design to configuration, testing, and deployment.
- This includes leading workshops, conducting user interviews, and managing project deliverables.
- Elicit and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications for PBCS/EPBCS solutions.
- Document requirements clearly and concisely.
- Design and architect robust and scalable PBCS/EPBCS solutions, considering best practices, performance optimization, integration with other systems, and future scalability needs.
- Develop detailed design documents.
- Configure and develop PBCS/EPBCS applications, including dimensions, hierarchies, forms, calculations, Groovy scripting (if applicable), and integrations.
- Develop and maintain calculation scripts and business rules.
- Develop and execute test plans, ensuring the quality and accuracy of PBCS/EPBCS solutions.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide guidance to end-users during testing.
- Develop training materials and provide training and support to end-users on PBCS/EPBCS applications.
- Create user guides and knowledge base articles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on EPM solutions.
- Manage client expectations and communicate effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project tasks, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Track project progress and report to project stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle EPM technologies, including PBCS/EPBCS, Hyperion Planning, and related cloud services.
- Continuously learn and expand your knowledge of new features and functionalities.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants, sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Provide feedback and support to help them develop their skills.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in implementing Hyperion Planning and Budgeting (HP) and Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (E/PBCS).
- Deep understanding of financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Extensive hands-on experience with PBCS/EPBCS configuration and development, including building dimensions, hierarchies, forms, calculations, and integrations.
- Strong knowledge of Hyperion Planning and Budgeting (HP) architecture and functionality.
- Proficiency in Groovy scripting (if applicable) and other relevant technologies (e. , calculation scripts, business rules).
- Experience with integrations between PBCS/EPBCS and other systems (e. , ERP, HCM, CRM).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Oracle EPM Cloud certifications are a plus
