Experience:
1. More than 7 years experience in IP domain, especially patents.
2. Should have executed more than 100 searching related projects and managed more than 50 patent searching and analytics related projects in relevant domain.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage delivery of patent search and patent landscape projects.
2. Train entire team and ensure that it is well-trained on patent searching and analytics processes, best practices, market research and product research techniques.
3. Setting-up various processes and draft standard operating procedures (SOPs)
4. Attend key client calls and identify horizontal expansion opportunity
5. Work with sales executives in resolving billing related issues
6. Facilitate transition from Sales to Delivery
7. Prepare project proposal, share with the client and follow-up with the client to close any open items before receiving go-ahead on the project.
Education:
Bachelors/Masters degree in the any technology domain (B. Tech/ B.E) Tier 2/3 engineering college
Competencies Required
Domain:
1. In-depth knowledge of technical literature in the area of subject matter expertise
2. Good knowledge of Prior Art Searching Techniques
3. Indepth knowledge of Specialized Prior Art Searching Databases (like Thompson Innovation, Orbit, Delphion etc.)
4. Knowledge of US Patent Law (35 USC § 101, 102, 112 etc.)
5. Expertise in MS Excel and other charting tools
6. Good experience of various IP Analytics Tools
7. Good understanding and expertise in Secondary Business/Market Research on Internet
