- A FuEL Employer Brand Communications Specialist at Intellect will have the right mix of creativity, integrated marketing and project management skills to partner with our recruiting teams, devise strategic external experiences, messaging and supporting communications plans to attract top talent from the market.
On a given day, the Employer Brand Communications Specialist will spend time:
- Infusing soul/human element into all communications to demonstrate authenticity with employees and attract talent.
- Building experiences and related messaging and materials that elevate Intellect's corporate profile.
- Driving campaigns and content plans in tandem with recruitment efforts and ads.
- Driving social ambassador network internally - working in collaboration with HR BP teams on in-person meetings, content flow, events and experiences to boost pride amongst associates.
- Planning, designing, implementing and maintaining the company's human resources pages on social media tools like Glassdoor, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other job portals.
- Expanding the company's online presence on different employment sites, developing creative ways to draw prospective employees to the company's website and identifying new recruitment opportunities through social media.
- Managing agency relationships with vendors and design services.Measure success and report industry and business impact of key programs.
Your skills required to apply for FuEL Employer Brand Communications Specialist position:
- MBA from Top B-School.
- Experience of 4 to 9 years as a Branding and Communications specialist.
- High-energy individual, a storyteller and an innovative marketer who can be super resourceful under pressure.
- The role is based out of our Chennai office.
