Position : Lead - Incubation Services

- The Lead - Incubation Services would play a very active role in developing and managing the startup pre-incubation and incubation platform.

- The Lead would be required to develop relationships with startups, mentors, space incubator partners, angel investors and potential funders of the platform.

- The Lead would be responsible for monitoring the progress and performance metrics of the incubation platform and lead the reporting, knowledge building efforts.

- The Lead is expected to contribute towards continuous improvement of the platform design and strategic direction.

Experience/ Education :

- 5-6 years of experience in operating/managing startup incubator or similar services in the startup ecosystem

- An advanced degree from a premier school

- Extensive experience of working with startups, angel investors, mentors and venture capitalists

- Experience of managing a team

Skills :

- Good business acumen and understanding of business issues across multiple focus sectors

- Strong problem solving, analytical skills and ability to execute complex projects

- A strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in unstructured environment straddle multiple initiatives

- Excellent written and oral communication skills; experience of relationship building and business development

- Ability to mentor, coach associates on the team

- Comfortable with documentation and report management

- Strong project planning and leadership

Job responsibilities :

- Contribute towards design and development of pre-incubation and incubation services for startups through the online platform

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the platform and collaborate with other service lines within Intellecap

- Coordinate and manage both online and offline events for startup engagement

- Proactively build and maintain relationships with partners, startups, mentors, investors, experts and relevant technology vendors

- Manage the reporting requirements of all donors and funders

- Contribute to the implementation of marketing and communications requirement of the platform

- Contribute towards continuous development of the incubation services platform

- Manage associates and senior associates working the incubation platform

- Undertake relevant national and international field travel and exposure as and when required
