Role Focus:

As a Lead - Client Servicing (Account Manager) at Inteliment Technologies, you will be a pivotal link between Inteliment and our valued clients. Your primary focus will be to ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. You will build and nurture strong client relationships, provide proactive support, and act as a trusted advisor to address their evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients, acting as their primary point of contact.

- Develop a deep understanding of clients' business objectives, challenges, and priorities.

- Proactively anticipate client needs and provide strategic recommendations to enhance their experience.

- Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to ensure alignment and address any concerns.

- Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance and support on Inteliment's solutions and services.

- Identify and pursue opportunities for account farming through upselling and cross-selling Inteliment's offerings.

- Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize client retention and revenue growth.

- Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations.

- Ensure timely processing of contracts, purchase orders (POs), and renewals.

- Create a seamless and positive onboarding experience for new clients.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

- Provide regular project updates and progress reports to clients.

- Effectively manage client expectations and address any potential issues or roadblocks.

- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear and consistent communication.

- Develop and maintain open and effective communication channels with clients.

- Facilitate effective communication and coordination between different departments within Inteliment to ensure high client satisfaction.

- Respond to client inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and project status.

- Proactively identify and address client concerns and issues.

- Develop and implement effective solutions to resolve client problems.

- Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams and ensure timely resolution.

- Ensure that correct sales terms are entered into the client database to prevent billing issues.

Qualifications:

- 5-6 years of proven experience in client servicing and account management, preferably in the business analytics or technology industry.

- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong client relationships.

- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.

- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.

- Proven ability to understand client business goals and develop strategic account plans.

- Results-oriented with a strong focus on exceeding client expectations.

- Proactive, self-motivated, and highly organized with a strong sense of accountability.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. -
