Job Profile :
Looking for team lead-analyst with financial background.
- Should have experience in Budgeting and forecasting.
- Elementary knowledge or working experience in SQL.
- Excel is mandatory; worked in macros is required.
- Process and analyse within multiple business areas per the business area SLAs
- Manage up to 7 analyst-level resources for a given business area.
- Ensure that all business area SLAs and quality expectations are met.
- Escalate all business areas issues accordingly and resolve appropriately.
- Participate in department projects.
- Manage local HR and office requirements.
- Maintain and enhance the team's domain knowledge within the business area
- Gather Business Requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and workflow analysis.
- Provide application training to the user community where needed.
- Devise new business processes where needed. Provide timely and accurate status updates to all levels of management.
- Assist in enforcement of business area deadlines and schedules.
- Take input from management and appropriately and accurately applies comments/feedback.
- Understand the necessity of company standards and applies them consistently.
- Develop internal and external meeting objectives and agendas.
- Prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Understand the components of running a successful business area.
- Assist analysts with validation and troubleshooting system issues (e.g., configuration issues).
- Understand application specifications and data flow.
- Define test conditions.
- Develop accurate and complete test plans.
- Conduct testing according to plan.
- Identify and document system deficiencies and recommends solutions.

PUBLIC:
Required :
- At least seven (7) years of experience as a Senior Analyst/Supervisor or similar role supporting business applications and processes and managing team members.
- Strong troubleshooting and data analysis skills.
- Ability to interact with all levels of personnel, including management, from both business and technical teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience with managed care, Medicaid, government pricing, rebates, chargebacks, customer operations, and other business processes.
- Advanced skill in Microsoft Office applications (2010 or greater) specifically Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Visio
