IntegriChain - Project Manager

Job Description :

- A total of 8-10 years of IT experience

- A minimum 3-5 years of Project Management experience

- A fundamental level understanding of Project Management best practices and concepts.

- An understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies (Agile, Iterative, Waterfall, etc.)

- Hands-on experience with IT and PM tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Office especially MS Excel, MS Project, etc.)

- Pharmaceutical, Pharma Product Distribution or Patient-level data experience

- Experience with change management and how it impacts the level of effort and duration

- Desire for upward mobility - to grow personally in the role, to prove the effectiveness of the role, and to continue making improvements to the Practice

- Proactive approach to accomplishing daily activities independently

- Ability to respond to change or unexpected developments strategically, tactically, and without emotion to remain a steady, calming influence for the team

- Crisp, consistent administration and communication skills
