Integration Project Manager - Loan Management System Implementation

Whom are we looking for?

This project offers an opportunity to join a combined team from a global strategy consulting firm and a leading bank in the Philippines.

The engagement is part of a large retail banking technology transformation program which includes the implementation of a new core banking solution. To support the project team, there is a need for an experienced Integration Project Manager with proven experience in delivering large scale interface integration in a banking environment for secured and unsecured lending for retail and commercial banking.

Role Scope:

- Understanding the technical and business requirements of both the new system (like Temenos Transact) and existing systems

- Develop and execute a comprehensive integration plan (Temenos Transact) with existing banking systems

- Managing and coordinating the overall integration workstream, monitoring the progress, and regularly liaising with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. Temenos, SI, Bank application teams etc).

- Identify risks and issues, surface them to the program leadership and work with stakeholders to identify and execute mitigation actions

- Regularly update key stakeholders on the progress, risks, issues etc.

Requirements:

- Experience in Transact implementations

- Experience with both API based and file-based integrations

This will be an initial 6 month phase of work with options for further extensions.

The project is run in English and so there is no requirement for local language skills. The client is open to individuals already located in Manilla or those keen to re-locate for this engagement. Visa solutions and sponsorship is available.
