Integration Project Manager

Experience: 5 - 14 years
Mandatory Qualification:
- The integration project manager should come with experience in M&A or B2B deals
- Someone with e-commerce experience is also considered
- Minimum Relevant Experience: 5 years
Requirements:
- Proven working experience in integration project management and technical background min 3 years
- Well familiarity in M&A, B2B deals
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
- Understanding technical integration technologies
- Willing for traveling
Overview
- The main focus of the integration project manager is helping to create as lick approach to new market entries. the candidate will support the Corporate Development team and our Commercial Director,to help shape proposals,audit new markets, creating our framework, and work alongside other MDs and leaders to work and learn together.
- This is a senior position so the candidate should come with vast experience in leading a large integration project with a technical background around the M&A deals
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Resolving cross-team issues in a timely manner, facilitate decision-making, and manage conflict within the teams Creating and owning the M&A playbook - This playbook will serve as a guide and planning tool for all mergers. The playbook will include a set of standards and steps that will be applied
- Drives development of overall integration plans, including all the integration projects, communications plan, and synergy benefits
- Defines and manages your integration processes, including functional work plan reviews, cross-functional collaborations, issue management, and executive status updates
