Role: India Integration Head (K12 Education)
Key Responsibility Areas::
- Provides leadership with regard to the strategic school operations and manages all day-to-day operations of the institution.
- The main purpose of the role is to integrate all business functions post Mergers & Acquisitions of different schools
- Supports the implementation of the organization's merger and acquisition strategy
- Be the first point of contact for all functions to streamline the processes, policies and digital platforms of the newly acquired schools.
- Liaison between the Admissions, Academics, Marketing, Finance, HR, IT teams to ensure parent group company important features, policies, practices are inculcated in the newly acquired schools
Desired Skills :
- Atleast 15 years of experience with 5 yrs experience in running School Operations.
- Strong acquisition & integration experience as well as experience in running various school operations (from admissions to academics to various other support functions like Marketing, HR, Finance, IT etc)
