Integrating Manager - Service Delivery

This position oversees the quote-to-cash order delivery process and the back-office Service Delivery processes and is entrusted with providing a seamless buying experience to customers, fast and effective service delivery back office processing, leading an engaged workforce, and maintaining the highest level of compliance and adherence to Standards of Business Conduct.

This position primarily manages evening and night shifts in India and will require to mirror the hours of operation for the teams.

Key Requisites for this role:

- University Degree/ MBA or equivalent plus 12-15 years of demonstrated industry experience integrating the resources from complex departments or functions. Typically has minimum 5 years of increasing managerial experience.

- Demonstrated ability to lead and transform organizations, build motivated and engaged teams, and sustaining a positive work culture.

- Experience in setting clear organizational vision

- Demonstrated ability to define and execute strategic plans

- Established track record to define and implement strategies and programs

- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross functional teams to improve processes and provide critical problem resolution

- Experience managing other managers

- Previous experience directing and managing the resources of entire division/unit function, sales/support sub-region or program, or global function program

- Customer Services/Operations experience preferred

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Working in a global environment (multi-culture, multi- functional; remote environment)

- Operational Excellence mindset and capability to develop and deliver on best in class benchmarks

- Willingness to work in the Evening/ Night shifts
