- Having proven experience in successfully establishing the delivery processes for software company (Software Products and IT Services-Custom software development)
- Continuously Building new capabilities for delivering the solutions/services as a well-oiled machine
- Successful track record of handling multiple change management processes
- Ensuring end to end delivery of IT Software projects and products as per the plan, within time, budget, with quality and purpose with utmost client delight
- Should have Handled complex and large projects/programs.Strong background and proven track record in delivery of multi-stream enterprise & internet-based applications with large teams
- Having exposure to the strategic planning of Accounts- Growth and Profitability management
- Strong in Scope Management with good negotiation skills
- Ability to multi-task, dependency & risk management by planning contingencies well
- Strong abilities in all level reporting in typical project/program delivery
- Stakeholder management (Internal and external), managing customer expectations & satisfaction - delivery to Cost, Quality, and Schedule
- Reducing delay in project deliveries and ensuring timeliness. Reducing errors/defects and ensuring quality outputs
- Optimizing resource utilization. Reducing wastage of all the resources (Manpower, equipment, electricity, space, etc.)
- Must-Have sound experience in dealing with International Clients
- Establishing the right delivery processes, Monitoring and Measuring the effectiveness of processes & constantly Improving the processes. Ensuring compliance with established processes and best practices
- Performance & productivity measurement of resources, ensuring improvements in resource productivity every quarter. Sharing feedback & developing improvement plans
- Automating all the internal work process for better tracking, monitoring & measuring work processes/activities/projects
- Establishing and maintaining the right culture and ensuring continuous development of resources
- Cultivating Sense of ownership in employees, Motivating high performers, ensuring positive Behavior change
- Better management of subordinates by Sr. Employees, ensuring better retention
- Strong Leadership, Inter-personal, Decision-making skills
- Improving sales, market share, overall revenues and profitability
