Sales Manager/Head is responsible for achieving sales growth through consultative sales, closing opportunities by leveraging deep Business Process Service Sales. Ideal candidates will have demonstrated experience and background in selling Information Technology solutions and services. Sales Manager will have a track record in closing complex, enterprise-level deals and building relationships with CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, CFOs and other C-suite executives.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Prior sales experience within a Healthcare and/or Manufacturing Industries a PLUS
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of consultative sales strategy
- Strong networking and hunter sales skills
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Strong closing skills
- Experience identifying new business opportunities and closing deals
- Excellent organization and time management skills
Essential Functions:
- Responsible for planning, winning and managing new and existing sales opportunities to achieve and exceed business plans
- Responsible and accountable to plan, manage and orchestrate internal resources appropriately to obtain sales objectives
- Meet and exceed established sales targets including meetings per month, closing proposals and revenue targets
- Experience with managing a pipeline and forecasting capabilities.
- Communicate successfully to meet department goals, respond to market trends and solve unexpected challenges involved with functioning independently in a fast-paced sales environment
- Sustains professional and technical knowledge by participating in networking events and partnering with industry associations
- Ability to frequently travel nationwide as necessary
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Client Services, and Product Management to ensure consistency of execution
