Job Title: Transformation Leader - Commercial Vehicles Aftermarket Services
Location: Chennai

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Transformation Leader to spearhead large-scale transformation initiatives in the commercial vehicles aftermarket services space. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of operational excellence, digital innovation, and customer-centric thinking to deliver sustainable growth, improved efficiency, and enhanced service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end transformation projects across aftermarket service operations.
- Drive operational design initiatives, including optimization of workshop operations, enhancement of breakdown support networks, and service process redesign.
- Champion digital initiatives such as telematics, connected vehicle services, and predictive maintenance to modernize service offerings.
- Define and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success, track progress, and ensure delivery against business targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including service, parts, logistics, IT, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage change initiatives effectively by aligning stakeholders, conducting training and communication plans, and embedding new ways of working.
- Conduct market and competitive benchmarking to continuously enhance service strategies.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project milestones, risks, and outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 6+ years of experience in commercial vehicles, aftermarket services, automotive consulting, or a related domain.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation programs, ideally within service operations or supply chain.
- Deep expertise in service operations, spare parts logistics, supply chain, and digital tools in the aftermarket ecosystem.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to project management.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and influence key - stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- MBA from a Tier I institution or equivalent preferred.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of telematics platforms, predictive maintenance tools, and digital service dashboards.
Familiarity with workshop management systems (WMS) and aftermarket CRM platforms.
Experience in lean operations, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus
