Job Summary:

As the Integrated Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing our organisation''s integrated marketing efforts to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and campaigns that align with our business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of marketing channels, excellent leadership skills, team building skills, and the ability to drive results through collaboration and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

- Collaborate with the GM of Marketing and other stakeholders to develop and refine the integrated marketing - strategy and plan.

- Define clear marketing objectives, KPIs, and targets in alignment with the company''s goals.

Team Leadership:

- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, including campaign managers, content creators, designers, and digital marketers.

- Foster a high-performance culture that encourages creativity, collaboration, and innovation.

Integrated Campaign Development:

- Conceptualize, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, content marketing, and traditional advertising.

- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels.

Data Analysis and Insights:

- Use data-driven insights to assess campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and make data-backed recommendations.

- Monitor and report on KPIs, providing regular updates to the executive team.

Budget Management:

- Manage the marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and optimize spending to maximize ROI.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate with other departments such as Sales, Product Development, and Customer Support to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.

- Foster strong cross-functional relationships to ensure successful campaign execution.

Market Research:

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.

- Use market research to identify opportunities and threats and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

Brand Management:

- Ensure the brand''s consistency and integrity in all marketing materials and communications.

- Oversee brand guidelines and maintain brand identity standards.

Vendor and Agency Management:

- Manage relationships with external marketing agencies, vendors, and partners to support campaign execution and achieve marketing goals.

Compliance and Ethics:

- Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor''s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master''s degree preferred).

- Proven experience (10+ years) in integrated marketing, with a track record of successfully driving marketing strategies.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Proficiency in marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making.

- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and technologies.

- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Strong project management abilities.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
