Key attributes: Academic qualification: Bachelor's in mechanical Engg / Diploma in Tool & Die Engineering. MBA marketing will be an added advantage.

Age: 35 to 40 years

Experience: 10 to 15 years of experience in selling / business development of - CAD/CAM/CAE/3D Printing solutions.

- Good presentation skills, identifying pains in customer design through manufacturing workflows, and writing custom proposals with potential savings in time, and money.

- Working with internal Application Engineers to qualify customer benchmarks and proof of concepts.

- Direct sales experience in enterprise accounts from these verticals - Defence / Aerospace / Oil & Gas / Automotive / Academia.

- Experience in working with channels will be an added advantage.

- Experienced in prospecting through LinkedIn.

The software portfolio at Intech additive is to expand the ecosystem of metal additive manufacturing industry with current focus on Laser Powder Bed Fusion Metal 3D Printing - these products are LPBF machine agnostic.
