Roles and Responsibilities :
- Business Development person with extensive Sales and Marketing experience.
- Ideal candidate shall have a strong background and demonstrated experience in sales and business development with strong network in North America/Europe/UK/APAC with Engineering firms.
The positions are for India and overseas in Europe/U.S.A.
Specific duties and responsibilities include:
- Seek out and source new clients by developing networks and independently identifying and developing relevant market for sales and business development.
- Sell Intec core services of Architecture, Structure, MEPF design and BIM development services.
- Collaborate with members of the Intec technical team to ensure an excellent client experience across all client interactions.
- Work towards sales and revenue goals as established.
Essential Skills.
- Minimum of 8 -12 years of professional work experience in B2B sales in Engineering/Construction Industry.
- Exceptional relationship management skills and the ability to build and grow connections with people of all types and backgrounds.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Independent critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to keep multiple projects and client engagements active at once.
- Interest in working as part of a growing company, with awareness about the opportunities and challenges that come with a highly adaptive environment.
