Intas Pharmaceuticals - DGM/GM - IT Business Partner - Supply Chain Domain

Key Responsibilities :

1. Business Partner with the SCM Function and aligned to the Head of SCM function to drive requirement roll in from business (supply chain:-Sourcing, Planning and sales & distribution) and convert into IT transformation road map and aligned business process changes to get meet business objective.

2. Identify as-is processes and to-be processes and Mapping business processes to the current IT landscape of solutions which include solutions like SAP, Distributor Solutions, Microsoft technologies and Planning solutions.

3. Partnering with the business and Implement SCM Solutions and Projects as per business requirement.

4. Write Functional Specification and lead projects with support from a delivery team. Solution experience to understand supply chain planning and execution domain. Exposure to deployment of demand forecasting, S&OP, Supply planning and scheduling, warehousing and logistics solutions.

5. Ownership and delivery and global roll outs of SCM projects in partnership with relevant stake holders. Work with solution providers and consulting services providers to manage and deliver large scale SCM transformation initiatives.

6. Play a key role in the full project lifecycle, from initial set-up of the project to the final delivery of the result.

7. Conduct Blueprint / Design workshops for one or more processes. Lead a large virtual team to converge on the solution and manage the stakeholders globally.

8. Have solid supply chain consulting experience to analyze processes, define best practices and KPI's and deliver a sustainable business outcome in terms of supply chain efficiency.

9. Lead and project manage supply chain solution delivery projects in a large global environment managing multiple stakeholders

Essential :

- Proven experience in delivering Supply Chain projects into SAP environment for pharmaceuticals industry at global platform.

- Experienced in Supply Chain Planning such as forecasting, sales and operations planning, control tower, supply optimization, production scheduling etc and Supply Chain Execution tools such as transportation and logistics management, warehouse management, track n trace, sourcing and procurement
