Insure My Team - Strategy Consultant - Founder's Office

Role :

- Insure My Team is looking for a Strategy Consultant to work closely with Founders on special projects - strategize, execute and run it to success and how to scale it.

- Solving problems through structured thinking, research, project planning, and on-ground execution; discovering and implementing new ideas and techniques to solve issues that come up and handling any hiccups that come along the way.

- Owning responsibilities across domains such as strategy, marketing, operations, and partnerships to unlock opportunities; define and set up KPIs and success metrics to monitor the health of the project

- Design & support founders' internal & external communications, coordinate the company-wide goals - process, support PR and external reach-outs, etc.

- Produce monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and investor reports.

- In reality, this role doesn't come with a definition or a checklist of job responsibilities. You will be expected to have a whatever-it-takes approach to help the founders in some of the key business areas.

Requirements :

1 - 3 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or founder's office of a high-growth start-up with a Bachelor's degree and/or MBA from a Premier School

An entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to launch projects and fill in knowledge gaps along the way

Has thoughtful bias towards action and insists on the highest standards

Ability to multi-task across multiple projects as well as manage internal and external stakeholders
