InsuranceDekho - Zonal Manager - Sales

- Manage and own PL for the geography.

- Budget/target setting and achievement of assigned target and generating revenue.

- Ensure effective and efficient sales planning and implementation.

- Enabling business growth by developing a strong team / Ability to handle a large team is essential

- Ensure manpower recruitment and planning as per the budget, location wise and across geographies.

- Responsible for team management, retention, performance and productivity across vertical.

- Maintain highest level of business hygiene and ensure all adherence to all regulatory guidelines and compliance.

- In-depth understanding of market, identify new opportunities and markets for the business

- Scale up distribution / think and implement innovative means to expand market footprint Requirements - Post Graduate / Graduate from a reputed college with 15 years of experience in Health Insurance

- Should have a strong experience in agency sales / agency acceleration

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to lead from the front
