Job Title: Senior Manager/ Manager Tech Recruitment
Job Role:
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs
- Expertise in Technology hiring, leadership hiring, Recruitment strategic planning & execution
- Design, define and implement innovative recruitment strategies across levels utilizing traditional and nontraditional techniques/channels.
- Deep understanding about technologies and frameworks like: Java, .Net, Python, GoLang, JavaScript, React, Angular, Data Science, Machine Learning, iOS, Android
- Manage full recruiting lifecycle across varied open roles
- Specialized in various sourcing platforms: LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, X Ray Search, Naukri, Instahyre, Behance, Dribbble, and Kaggle.
- Maintaining reports and weekly meetings to share updates on each open requisition.
- Continuously working towards delivering strong experience to candidates, referrers & stakeholders.
- Maintaining a Data-Driven Operating Model for the recruitment process
- Execute Competitor Mapping, Campus/Diversity Hiring and Source mix across technology.
Preferred skills and qualifications:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with minimum 6+ or years of experience in Talent Acquisition and managing End to End Recruitment process in the Technology, Engineering and Product domains
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and interpersonal skills
- Advanced knowledge of productivity software, database management, and internet search methods
- Familiarity with job boards and computer systems designed specifically for sourcing
- Proven success in conducting interviews using various methods (phone, video, email, in-person)
