Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition B2B Vertical (Sales Volume Hiring)
Reporting into - Head Talent Acquisition
Job Location: Gurgaon
Job Role:
The incumbent would be responsible for leading the entire Sales Volume Hiring for InsuranceDekho's largest vertical at a National Level through a Large Team
Job Responsibilities:
- Assess current and future staffing needs against the business strategy and develop / oversee implementation of appropriate talent acquisition strategies/plans
- Create, organize, and implement new and enhanced recruiting and selection processes / tools to drive efficiency and improve quality of hires
- Develop and oversee innovative sourcing strategies to attract talent from non-traditional and/or diverse talent pools
- Manage End-to-end hiring process for the vertical across all levels.
- Adept at handling a large team of recruiters at a pan India level and achieve large sales volume hiring numbers through the team
- Formulate and drive key TA delivery around:
KPI/Goal setting for recruiters
Hiring source mix
Reporting and Tracking
Dashboards and Data Analytics
TAT for recruitment
- Formulate programs to ensure the innovative use of various recruitment tools like employee
- Referral scheme, Recruitment Partners, walk-in interviews and advertisements
- Streamline and improve processes, enhance productivity, and implement solutions.
Background and skillset required:
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of work experience in handling end to end recruitment/TA processes
- Adept at team handling and managing large sales volume hiring preferably with a large startup/large corporate/ Fintech /Insure tech /BFSI or Telecom
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Proficient in HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Good control of the Cost of hirings for assigned businesses.
