Job Title: Sr Lead Talent Acquisition (Pan India - Sales Volume Hiring)

Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for costing, budgeting and manpower planning for the TA team
- Manage End-to-end hiring process for the Sales functions across all levels.
- Handle Entire recruitment life cycle from sourcing, screening, selection, hiring, Negotiation, Offering, Preparing Appointment letter and post offer follow up.
- Adept at handling a large team of recruiters at a pan India level and achieve large sales volume hiring numbers through the team
- Formulate and drive key TA delivery governance around:
- KPI/Goal setting for recruiters
- Hiring source mix
- Reporting and Tracking
- Dashboards and Data Analytics
- TAT for recruitment
- Attrition management
- Responsible for formulating programs to ensure the innovative use of various recruitment tools like employee Referral scheme, IJP, Recruitment Partners, walk-in interviews, advertisements,
Campus etc.
- Excellent at stakeholder management
- Instrumental in streamlining and improving processes, enhancing productivity, and implementing human resources solutions.
- Proficient in HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong working knowledge of all social networks and job boards
- Adept at Competitive/Market Mapping and Salary Benchmarking activities
- Design new and improved recruitment strategies. Ensure recruitment processes reflect a broader hiring strategy to ensure closures within given TAT.
- Assess current and future staffing needs against the business strategy and develop / oversee implementation of appropriate talent acquisition strategies/plans
- Create, organize, and implement new and enhanced recruiting and selection processes / tools to drive efficiency and improve quality of hires
- Develop and oversee innovative sourcing strategies to attract talent from non-traditional and/or diverse talent pools
Background:
- 6-8 years of experience in handling mass/volume sales hiring from Large start ups, Fintech, Insuretech, Telecom, Consumer organizations
