Job Title : Senior Lead - HR Operations
Job Location : InsuranceDekho, Plot no.301, Phase-2, Udyog Vihar, Gurugram-122022, Haryana
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Compensation & Benefits Management, Compliance, HR Operations, HR Automation, and Performance Management for the organization
- Design and communicate HR policies for Management staff for uniformity and equity in the implementation
- Review compensation & benefits and implement the restructuring of compensation components for tax efficiency and ease of administration.
- Ensure that the company imbibes a robust performance management system.
- Responsible for End-to-end HR Operation Management for the company
- Work across diverse HR functions covering Recruitment, HR Business Partnering, HR Shared Services, Employee communication
- Head the Onboarding Process including all pre-joining and post-joining activities
- Steering efforts in implementing HRMS and ensuring the smooth functioning of HR processes, data management, and reporting using the HRMS platform
- Develop, update, and communicate HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with employment laws and industry best practices
- Formulate and execute a comprehensive HR transformation strategy aligned with the organization's overall strategic objectives
- Identify and assess areas for HR improvement and innovation, keeping up with industry trends and best practices
- Lead the design and implementation of new HR processes, programs, and initiatives to drive organizational efficiency, effectiveness, and employee experience
- Engage and influence key stakeholders, including senior leadership, HR teams, and employees, to build support and drive successful transformation initiatives
- Streamline and standardize HR processes to increase efficiency, eliminate redundancy, and improve service delivery
Requirements :
- 6 to 8 years of relevant experience from a large startup/ Insurance/ BFSI /Telecom/ Consumer organization
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Prior Experience in HR Operations and handling complex HR operations at a pan India level in a large set up
