Role Title: Lead, Performance Marketing
Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Lead to spearhead our digital marketing efforts and drive user acquisition, conversion, and retention. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in creating and implementing successful performance marketing strategies preferred within the financial services sector. They should be a data-driven marketer, adept at analyzing campaign metrics and making data-backed decisions. The Performance Marketing Lead will manage a team of specialists and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve our business objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to acquire and retain customers for our insuretech products.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Lead and mentor a team of performance marketing specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages that drive conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing and multivariate experiments to enhance campaign performance and ROI.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of the insuretech landscape.
- Work closely with the analytics team to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and effective attribution modeling.
- Manage budget allocation, forecasting, and reporting for performance marketing initiatives.
- Establish and nurture relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors as required.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Preferred from Tier 1 /2 management institutes.
- Work with complete ownership and ability to drive results. Previous experience in a fast-paced startup and ability to work under ambiguity is preferred.
- Proven experience (8-12 years) in performance marketing & digital advertising platforms, with a track record of driving measurable results with proficiency in handling platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and other relevant channels.
- Strong proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and marketing automation platforms.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and leading a team of performance marketing specialists.
- Exceptional analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong project management and organizational abilities.
