Job Title: Head Payroll

Job Location: InsuranceDekho, Plot no.301, Phase-2, Udyog Vihar, Gurugram-122022, Haryana (work from office)

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage payroll and statutory compliance at PAN India level for all employees (full-time, contractual)

- Manage the organization's pay structure and overall benefits programs that are aligned with the corporate culture and values. Administer the monthly payroll and other compensation/ benefits (C&B) programs

- Manage the execution of monthly payroll cycle, conduct monthly payroll variance analysis, and ensure all payroll transactions are within overall salary budget, adequate tax deductions, monthly/ yearly reconciliations. Assist in preparation and regular monitoring of overall HR budget.

- Participate in and provide necessary data required for annual salary budget, salary review, and annual benefits review, preparation of necessary compensation revision letters.

- Monitor market conditions and government regulations to ensure the pay rates are current and competitive. Design attractive incentive schemes and programs to meet business needs from C&B perspective.

- Develop C&B policies, rewards and improved existing policies to meet the expansion of the business.

- Conduct market analysis, salary survey, bench marking, job evaluation, and analytics to implement necessary changes.

- Regularly review and recommend any enhancement required to strengthen pay bands and compensation design structure across levels.

- Streamline all processes and policies related to payroll, employee database management, benefits and rewards. Ensure compliance to all SOPs of the department and organization.

- Work closely with internal, statutory auditors to ensure all necessary data is provided as per requirement with proper justification.

- Assist in maintenance of all labour compliances.

Candidate Attributes:

- MBA/PGDM/M.Com or CA/CFA with 10-15 years of experience in Payroll management working in a large corporate/MNC/fast paced start ups

- You possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and number crunching skills
