InsuranceDekho - Growth Manager

Business Unit: Embedded

Designation: Growth Manager

Location: Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities:

- CEO of up to 3 industry verticals within the Embedded business (e.g. Fintech, Pets, Ecommerce, etc)

- Develop the overall business strategy and plan for verticals

- Identify the key prospects, engage and convert them to distribute insurance.

- Develop new innovative insurance use cases in collaboration with the partner

- Develop a Joint Business Plan (JBP) and work with the partner to achieve the same

- Conduct regular governance meetings and build a long term mutually beneficial relationship with the partners

- Own and grow the overall PnL for the business

Requirements:

- Hunger to setup a new business from scratch, nurture and grow it

- Passionate about Insurance and the Embedded space in particular

- Enjoy collaborating across large cross functional teams and get work done!

- Pre-sales, business development and account management experience is preferred but not mandatory

- Startup experience preferred.
