Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop clear, concise, and compelling copy for a variety of marketing materials, including website content, blog posts, email campaigns, social media posts, and promotional materials.

- Tailor messaging to resonate with target audiences, understanding their pain points and needs.

- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and effective content assets.

- Ensure brand consistency in messaging and tone across all marketing channels.

- Conduct thorough research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior.

- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in copywriting and content marketing.

- Review and edit content for grammar, punctuation, and style to ensure accuracy and quality.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights for content creation.

- Brainstorm and contribute to content strategy and marketing campaign concepts.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree / masters degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.

- Additional certifications in copywriting or content marketing are a plus.

- Proven experience (3-5 years) as a copywriter, with a portfolio demonstrating a range of effective marketing copy within the insuretech or financial services sector.

- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.

- Creative thinking and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear and engaging messaging.

- Proficiency in using content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and basic knowledge of SEO best practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. Strong project management and organizational abilities.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
