It enables its consumers to compare different insurance policies based on their requirements and offer them the best choices available as per their needs. In FY 2022, InsuranceDekho sourced 1000 crore premium and also sold 1MM policies in the last 9 months. The company currently has tieups with 43+ insurance companies.

At present, it has a partner presence in 1200 + cities and covers more than 93% pin codes across India. InsuranceDekho has recently raised $150 million in Series A funding consisting of a mix of equity and debt from Goldman Sachs Asset Management and TVS Capital Funds along with participation from Investcorp, Avataar Ventures and LeapFrog Investments. The latest funding will also be used by InsuranceDekho to launch new innovative products in the health and life categories, grow the company's micro, small & medium enterprise (MSME) insurance business, and strengthen its leadership team.

Job Title: Chief Growth Manager (Founder's Office)

Job Location: InsuranceDekho, Plot no.301, Phase-2, Udyog Vihar, Gurugram-122022, Haryana

Job Responsibilities:

- Work directly with the founders to solve key problems, develop business strategies, and manage stakeholder relations

- Own, manage and execute projects

- Work on short and long term roadmap for structural changes

- Research, model, evaluate, and plan go-to-market strategies

- Ensure that overall data room is comprehensive, correct and timely updated

- Bring together our existing product offerings and design new ones to drive key business metrics for the company

- Communicate planning, progress, and strategy to colleagues and investors

- Effectively communicate cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders

Candidate Attributes:

- MBA/PGDM, B.Tech/B.E with 3-6 years of experience working in fast paced start ups/Consulting companies/Fintech/Insurance

- You possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and number crunching skills

- You are known to have excellent knowledge of market trends and possess strong market research skills

- You are a highly effective communicator with everyone from team members and colleagues to CXOs, leadership teams.

- You take keen interest in learning about business growth

- You are a self-starter and believe in taking end-to-end ownership of things

- You have advanced presentation and written communication skills
