Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work with cross functional teams to implement tracking and reporting of metrics across programs
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, make recommendations and drive implementation for product or process changes
- Build reporting dashboards in Tableau and provide automated Business Intelligence solutions
- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports
- Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff
Experience and Skills:
- A Degree from BITS, NIT, IIT preferred but not mandatory
- A minimum of 2-3 years experience in analytics domain
- Good understanding of B2C metrics (top-of-funnel, middle-of-funnel, bottom-of-funnel)
- Experience with Excel VBA, Tableau Report Automation, Dashboard Creation, Google Analytics
- Exceptional presentation skill
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
- Experience leading and developing top performing teams
- A history of leading and supporting successful projects
