Job Description:

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Growth Strategist to join our Founder's office. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives, optimizing operational processes, and contributing to the overall success of our business. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, interfacing with cross-functional teams to shape the future of our financial services offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Planning: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends. Assist in the formulation of business plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market demands.

- Operational Excellence: Streamline and optimize end-to-end processes, with a focus on efficiency, cost effectiveness, and customer satisfaction. Analyze operational data and key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance overall performance. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including risk management, customer service, and technology, to ensure seamless operations.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the various departments, including marketing, sales, operations, and finance to align growth strategies with overall business objectives. Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation across the organisation.

Qualifications:

- B. Com/Engg/CA CS + MBA (Tier 1/2)

- Total 3-7 years' experience.

- ~2 years of experience in management consulting. 2+ years of experience in Strategy and Business operations, M&A integration.

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different functional areas.

- Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

- In-depth knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics.

- Experience working with CXO suite and exec stakeholders

- Start-up experience in large pre/post IPO outfits preferred
