Launched in 2016, InsuranceDekho is India's leading Insurtech startup by Girnar Insurance Brokers Private Limited (Cardekho group). It enables its consumers to compare different insurance policies based on their requirements and offer them the best choices available as per their needs. In FY 2022, InsuranceDekho sourced 1000 crore premium and also sold 1MM policies in the last 9 months. The company currently has tie ups with 43+ insurance companies.

At present, it has a partner presence in 1200 + cities and covers more than 93% pin codes across India. Over the last few months, InsuranceDekho has built an impressive partner ecosystem with more than 40,000 advisors across India and plans to onboard 1 million advisors by FY25 and has offices in Gurgaon, Pune, Chandigarh, Ludhiana, Jaipur, Kolkata, Chennai, and Bengaluru.

InsuranceDekho has raised $150 million in Series A funding consisting of a mix of equity and debt from Goldman Sachs Asset Management and TVS Capital Funds along with participation from Investcorp, Avataar Ventures and LeapFrog Investments. The latest funding will also be used by InsuranceDekho to launch new innovative products in the health and life categories, grow the company's micro, small & medium enterprise (MSME) insurance business, and strengthen its leadership team.

Position Overview:

- We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Strategy & Operations Associate to join our Financial servcies division.

- The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives, optimizing operational processes, and contributing to the overall success of our credit card business.

- This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, interfacing with cross-functional teams to shape the future of our financial services offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends.

- Assist in the formulation of business plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market demands.

Operational Excellence:

- Streamline and optimize end-to-end processes within the credit card division, with a focus on efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.

- Analyze operational data and key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance overall performance.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including risk management, customer service, and technology, to ensure seamless operations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate with product development, marketing, and sales teams to ensure the successful launch and promotion of credit card products.

- Foster effective communication and collaboration across different departments to drive collective success.

- Act as a liaison between various teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

- MBA is a plus.

- 1+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or a related role within the financial services industry, with specific exposure to credit card products.

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different functional areas.

- Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards related to credit card services.
