Job Summary:

- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Insurance Partnerships Lead to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving strategic alliances and partnerships with insurance companies and related businesses.

- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in establishing and managing successful tie-ups, with a deep understanding of the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnership Development:

- Identify and evaluate potential partners in the insurance industry.

- Develop and execute strategies for forming strategic alliances.

- Negotiate terms and agreements to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.

Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for partnership-related matters.

- Ensure effective communication and collaboration with partners.

Market Analysis and Strategy:

- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for partnerships.

- Develop and implement strategies to leverage partnerships for business growth.

- Monitor and analyze the performance of partnerships and adjust strategies as needed.

Project Management:

- Oversee the implementation of partnership projects and initiatives.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership activities.

- Track and report on the progress and impact of partnerships.

Compliance and Risk Management:

- Ensure all partnerships comply with relevant regulations and company policies.

- Identify and mitigate risks associated with partnerships.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field.

- Proven experience in establishing and managing partnerships in the insurance industry.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.

- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

- Knowledge of insurance products, markets, and industry trends.

- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- MBA or other advanced degree.

- Experience with digital insurance platforms and technologies.

- Proven track record of successful tie-ups with major insurance companies.
