Insurance Manager - Real Estate/Construction Sector

Looking for an Insurance Manager in our Finance team with experience of at least 6-7 years in Managing Insurance Portfolio of Large Organisations.

Preference would be for someone from the real estate / construction sector who is an expert in Asset insurance, fire & safety insurance of buildings etc.

- Should have designed and implemented the Insurance portfolio, end to end, for large corporates.

- Understands how to strengthen existing Insurance policies basis the market changes and business requirement.

- Experienced in identification of business risks and incorporating the same during the Insurance renewal.

- Should be able to streamline all insurance policies, identify all Insurance gaps and put an efficient and effective Insurance process in place.

- Strong experience in co-ordinating with brokers, surveyors and insurance company for policy servicing and claims.

- Excellent at claim settlement with Insurance Companies, Claim reporting,

- Claims Documentation and collation of claims related data.

- Should be very well networked in the Insurance sector

- Should be aggressive and assertive with excellent negotiation skills.
