National Head - Call Centre B2C (Insurance Dekho)
- Responsible for heading and managing B2C Call Centre Telesales Nationally
- Manage multiple products with product wise sales - Head - Health, Life & Motor Insurance
- Maximize B2C Retail sales business through Inside Sales
- Command Business responsibilities in terms of Sales Units and Sales Revenue, Cost of Acquisition, Lead Conversion for B2C vertical
- Design the Telesales Strategy, Set Business goals, and drive execution to achieve these goals
- Coordinate with the team on process improvement initiatives to improve efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to develop a sales strategy for enhancing the company's growth- (i) Digital Marketing Team for right campaigns and Quality/Quantity of leads (ii) Product Team-regular product enhancements basis VOC (iii) Supply Chain ; Timely delivery of product and service requests
- Deliver periodic reporting to leadership (CEO & Chairman ) on Channel Performance and key business insights: typical reporting relates to Demand Generation, Business Forecast and Trends, Conversion Rates, Competition update, Market Segmentation, Win/Loss, etc
- Conduct analysis to build data-driven decisions for continuous improvement in processes and develop a strategic Sales plan Manage entire Customer Experience platform of the company via technological interface
- Drive Customer Service Delivery across all touchpoints - Contact Centre, Social Media, Chat, and Email. Ownership of Experience measurement Process and Delivery
- Build people management strategies and maintain key metrics
- Review modules build for Product, Process, Systems, and sales training programs
- HR: Training: Quality Training and Quality Function
Required Experience :
- 10 to 16 Years Relevant experience in heading Sales , preferably with B2C sales through Call center
- Preferred Industry - Any (preferably Insurance)
