Insurance/Claims Analytics

Immediate requirement for the positions of Manager – Claims Analytics for a leading Consulting company at Bangalore / Gurgaon.

Experience: 7 – 10 yrs

Education: Preferably M.SC or MBA with a good understanding of advanced statistical techniques used in analytics & Good Communication skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Significant experience in managing analytics delivery in insurance domain is a must

- Experience of working in the claims space, specifically claims fraud, subrogation, adjustor assignment etc. will be preferred.

- Develop statistical models to support marketing efforts, such as customer segmentation, acquisition and retention

- Prior experience in working in the client site (insurance domain) will be an advantage

- Hands on experience in analytical tools like SAS, SPSS, KXEN

- Comfortable with techniques like regression, segmentation / clustering, optimizationResponsible for Business development and client handling.

- Manage a team of analytics resources.
