We are hiring for Insurance accounting and reporting role for Leading MNC captive unit for MNC bank

Job Location : Gurgaon

Exp : 8+yrs

Qualifications : CA/ICWA/CPA/CIMA/MBA-finance/PGDM-finance

Profile -

- Insurance Accounting process for Honk Kong Insurance

- Review and Passing Month end journals & Accrual.

- Review and preparation of Schedules.

- Review and preparation of month end reports related to Settlement.

- Achieve established Performance Level Agreements (PLA’s).

- Effective communication and build relationship with Business Partners.

Skills/Experience Required

- Independent, able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong team management skills. Worked at senior level to understand the criticality of openings.

- Strong Team member skills evidenced by achievement of objectives together with a track record of development of subordinates.

- High level of analytical skills and ability to grasp complicated functions in short period of time and transfer knowledge appropriately

- Ability to manage customer relationship with multiple business partners

- Orientation towards Quality (Six Sigma/Lean methodology) and technical bent of mind

- High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, etc.)

- Should have the ability to work under pressure with challenging deadlines

- Self-motivated and good team player.

- Should be flexible to stretch and work across shifts.
