Role : Instructional Designer
- Must have hands-on storyboarding and design experience
- Experience in designing learning solutions based on client requirements
- Takes consultative approach to offer solutions
- Has knowledge of measuring effectiveness of learning solutions
- Designs solutions that are engaging and effective
- Previous experience in designing for game and simulation-based learning solutions
- Experience in developing bite-sized learning and designing for mobile learning
- Knowledge of Bloom's Taxonomy and other adult learning principles
- Creating proposals, design documents and development guidelines
- Mentoring the content team, developing and providing training to the team
- Knowledge on course development life cycle
- Knowledge on US CPE standards is desirable
Flexibility
- Respond well to deadlines and work outside of normal hours when required
- Comfortable working on a number of activities concurrently
- Able to work in a rapidly changing environment and prioritize accordingly
- Able to travel, if required
- Experience in authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, and any LMS and LCMS will be beneficial
- Well-versed with the latest trends and technologies in Learning and design innovative learning solutions
