Instructional Designer - IT

- Demonstrate depth of knowledge and skill in instructional design by applying it to novel situations, providing pre-sales support, business analysis and ID solutioning

- Designs and develops technical training curriculum for customer base.

- Create design documents

- Create/Review storyboards

- Resolve problems/issues raised by external and/or internal customers by using a logical & systematic approach

- Ensure that all overall quality of deliverables

- Interact with clients & SMEs to gather project-related information

- Build collaborative relationships and work collaboratively in a team

- Lead project teams

Required Skills

- Excellent English writing skills

- Good communication skills, work remotely with people in international locations, is a must.

- Should have good analytical and comprehension skills, ability to understand, analyze and come up with solutions as per client requirements.
