As an Instructional Designer the job responsibilities will be:

- Design and develop sound instructional materials, based on established strategies and approaches

- Work effectively in a team, based on agreed plans and allocations

- Plan, schedule and manage an e-learning project.

- Develop educational courses (WBT/CBT/ILT) using the ADDIE model and the ISD methodology

- Ensure that ISD processes are followed

- Perform quality assurance reviews of e-learning courseware

- Systematically analyze, design, develop, and test / revise the instructional design solution

- Ensure that ISD training programs are effective and accomplish established terminal objectives

- Develop and encourage non-traditional solutions to problems / challenges

- Assist in directing ISD development project and priority.

- Train and develop team members

- Should be open for frequent travelling

An ideal candidate would need:

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Ability to think logically

- Ability to research, analyze, and organize large volumes of information

- Good exposure to e-learning project lifecycle

- Exposure to and familiarity with instructor-led training processes

- Experience in the selection and use of multiple media such as graphics, illustrations, photographs, audio, video, animations, and simulations in instructional contexts

- Familiarity with Web-related technologies

- Experience in Instructional Design and project execution

Location: Noida

Experience: 4 to 7 years with at least 2 Years’ Experience as a Team Lead

Academic Qualification requirements:

- Graduate / Post-Graduate in Mass Communication / English / Journalism / Education / Instruction / Science / Engineering - Electronics or Computer Science
