Instructional Designer - Education

Responsibilities / Expected Deliverables:

1. Set instructional goals and objectives, and create content that matches the requirement

2. Work with subject matter experts to identify the target audience's training needs

3. Able to undertake critical analysis of content and present in practical format

4. Create various learning content samples to demonstrate usability and understanding of the requirements

5. Analyze and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design

6. Work with subject matter experts to develop scripts for use in learning media

7. Help trainer to create engaging learning activities and compelling learning experience

8. Identify modes of assessment, such as tests or quizzes, to measure the effectiveness of the course

9. Visualize and create learning media (audio, video, infographics, illustrations etc.) with voice over wherever required

Required Qualification & Experience

1. Graduation and postgraduation in engineering/science/commerce from a reputed institution.

2. Preference to candidate undertaken a specialized course on Instructional Design

3. Minimum 10 years of experience in Instructional Design in the Education domain

4. Experience in the development and review of different online structures and content

1. Good command over written and oral communication in English

2. Good MS office skills

3. Understanding of varied learning styles

4. Knowledge of Bloom's Taxonomy

5. Knowledge of assessment and evaluation methods

6. In-depth knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models

7. Lesson and curriculum planning skills

8. Explainer video creation with voice over

9. Designing infographics and learning collateral

10. Knowledge of andragogy
