Instructional Designer - Consulting Firm

Qualification: UG/PG in Instructional Design, Educational technology, or related field required.Preferred: 3-6 years of experience in Instructor Led Trainings (ILTs), Web Based Trainings ( WBTs) , Storyboarding or storyboards, ADDIE model

Should have experience with working in Global teams , Knowledge of Industry Learning Trends

Job Description :

- Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content

- Work with subject matter experts to identify the target audience's training needs

- Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished product

- Analyze and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design

- Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process

- End to end design for the e-Learning platform

- Reviews all e-Learning deliverables

- Excellent communication skills

- Research & development skills

- Problem-solving skills
